Description
No. 7 St Ann's Fort is a house and shop, now functioning solely as a shop. It likely dates from the 16th century and features a timber-framed structure with rendered infill and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a 20th-century shopfront facing both St Ann's Fort and St Ann's Street. The facade on St Ann's Street includes one sash window on the first floor, which has glazing bars. The north front also has one sash window on the first floor and another in the attic, both with glazing bars, and the first-floor window features horns. The building has a mansard roof and a rebuilt stack at the south end. The interior has not been inspected.
