Description
The Manor House is a 17th century building with later additions, constructed of brick and featuring a steeply pitched pantiled roof. It has a modillion eaves cornice and stands two storeys high with attics. The facade has 11 bays and includes an asymmetrical two-storey brick porch, which is adorned with moulded brick pilasters and a segmental brick cornice. The windows are primarily mullioned leaded casements, with some sash windows present. The east facade was refaced in the 18th century and features sash windows set within projecting architraves. There are flat-roofed dormers with leaded casements. Inside, the building retains 17th century beams in the panelled hall and 18th century panelling in two other rooms. Additionally, there is an early 19th century stable block and barn attached to the south side of the house.
