Description
These are two cottages located 150 metres southeast of North Farmhouse, dating from around 1700. They are constructed from rendered clay lump with a pantiled roof and stand two storeys tall with an attic. The cottages feature two symmetrically positioned doors, with the right door located under a stack. On the ground floor, there are three 3-light casement windows with drip moulds, and three additional casements on the first floor to the left. A timber eaves cornice runs along the top. The gabled roof, which has been reconstructed, is bell-based, and the ridge stack is rectangular with a rebuilt top. To the left, there is a lean-to outbuilding made of rendered brick and pantiles. An original 3-light leaded attic window can be found on the north gable, and there is a gabled cross wing at the rear that is hipped to the house.
