Description

The Guildhall is an 18th-century building with some remains of a 16th-century guildhall incorporated in its walls and basement. It is a large, irregular house, now divided, constructed of red brick and primarily two storeys high, with some parts featuring attics. The building has sash windows with glazing bars. On the west side, there is a wood pedimented Greek Doric porch, which includes a fanlight above a six-panel door and sidelights. The Guildhall, along with the stables to the north and northeast, forms a group.
