Description

The bootscraper located immediately southeast of Sunnybank was designed by C.F.A. Voysey for Dr. H.R.T. Fort between 1903 and 1904. This wrought-iron piece is in the Arts and Crafts style and is shaped to suggest a long-necked animal. It features four legs with a back that acts as a scraper, and a tall rod on one side topped with a bud finial for the user to hold.
