Description

This is a late 17th or early 18th century red brick house, originally a single dwelling, now divided into two. It has a tiled roof with gabled dormers and a modillioned wooden cornice. The building is two storeys high with attics. A full-height canted bay features a round arched doorway with a fanlight set within a panelled reveal. A similar doorway, also with a six-panel door, is located on the right-hand side. To the left are three windows that are nearly flush with the wall, while the right-hand side has a shop window. Numbers 60 to 72 (even), and number 72A form a group.
