Description

A parade of shops with living accommodation above, built in 1909 by Allen Foxley. The building consists of two storeys and presents a symmetrical facade with three projecting bays, each topped with a pediment. The fenestration pattern is 1:2:2:2:2:2:1. The roofs are tiled, with brick stacks. The walls are roughcast, with brick dressings and pilaster strips marking the quoins. The windows are three-light, transom and mullion casement windows with glazing bars. The entrance bays feature paired oriel windows. Arched entrances are flanked by brick pilasters. A central pediment displays ornamental plasterwork, prominently featuring the date 1909.
