Description

This is an 18th-century building fronting onto the High Street. The front is constructed of red brick, topped with a tiled roof, a brick cornice moulding, and a parapet on numbers 45A and 47. The building is two storeys high. The ground floor has four plain shop windows, with a modern recessed porch in the centre. Two doorways on the right hand side have decorative surrounds and cornices, with consoles supporting the cornice on the left. The first floor has five sash windows with glazing bars; a flat arch is visible on the left, while the remaining windows have cambered arches. There are two dummy windows incorporated into the facade. Numbers 45A, 47 and 49, along with numbers 29 to 67 (odd) form a group.
