Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building on Market Hill. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two stories high, and features a canted corner on the right side. It has a 4:1 window arrangement, with sash and casement windows under cambered arches, some of which have glazing bars. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value, forming a group with numbers 35 to 39 on the south side of the hill.
