Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building on Sun Street, part of a group of buildings that also extend to Church Street. The exterior is colour-washed roughcast on brick, topped with an old tiled roof featuring a corbelled cornice and two box dormers. The building is two storeys high, with an additional attic level. The Church Street facade has two flush sash windows. The Sun Street elevation reveals one first-floor sash window with glazing bars, along with a 19th-century shop window at ground level. It forms a group with numbers 3, 3A, 5, and 7 on Sun Street.
