Description

Westons is an early 16th century house, originally a hall house, with alterations from the 17th century and the 1980s. It is timber-framed and plastered, with a steep roof covered in old red tiles. The house originally had three rooms arranged internally around a central chimney and faced north, but the entrance is now from the south. The front of the house has three windows on each floor. These are casement windows with three lights, containing small, flush-faced panes. A two-light window replaces what was formerly the entrance door.
