Description
Tinkers Hill Farmhouse is an 18th century or earlier farmhouse featuring a timber frame and decorative plasterwork, topped with a plain tiled mansard roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with two ground floor bay windows and an entrance porch, all of which are tiled. There are three square dormers and two brick chimney stacks at the gables. At the rear, there is a two-storey range with decorative plastering and tiling, which may be of an earlier date. Additionally, there is a one-storey hipped and gabled extension on the western side, which is plastered and tiled. The farmhouse was formerly known as Pelham Lodge.
