Description

Park View Cottages comprises three cottages, originally a 16th-century timber-framed building of three bays. The building has a pebbledash exterior and an old red tile roof. It is arranged in a "T" shape. The cottages are two storeys high and feature modern doors and windows. Inside, exposed wall and ceiling timbers are visible on both the ground and first floors, with some curved braces. A central chimney stack is built of diagonal brickwork. Modern extensions have been added to the north and south sides to create a continuous range of three cottages. It is believed the cottages were altered around 1900 by the architect Eustace Frere.
