Description
The building is a cottage, stable, and coach house located 15 meters east of number 50 Westfield in Hertford. It dates from the 18th and 19th centuries and features a timber-framed structure that is weatherboarded, with parts pebbledashed and brick used for the cottage. The roof is old tiled and hipped over the cottage.
The exterior consists of one and two storeys. The cottage has a small-paned casement window on the first floor that faces the garden. The coach house has double doors, while the stable doors and windows were boarded over at the time of inspection.
The building forms a group with the barn to the west of Westfield. The interior was not inspected.
