Description

House number 7 is a 17th-century structure with an 18th-century brick front and later alterations. It features exposed timber framing on the north gable, a red brick front with infill, and a steep old red tile roof. This double-fronted, symmetrical house faces east and has two storeys, with two windows on each floor and a central gabled porch. The eaves are dentilled, and there are segmental arches above the windows. At the rear, there are two lateral chimneys, one of which has tall diagonal shafts. The ground floor is constructed in a redder brickwork. Inside, the floors are said to be at different levels, indicating a more complex earlier plan.
