Description

Little Coxpond Farmhouse is a mid-16th century or earlier small two-storey former farmhouse featuring a tiled roof. The timber frame is visible both inside and on some parts of the first floor outside. The building is constructed with red brick and red brick nogging. It has three flush sash windows with glazing bars and a projecting one-window lower wing on the left. The main block is rectangular and consists of two half bays. The earliest recorded date for the farmhouse is 1567.
