Description

This is an early 19th-century building on High Street. It is constructed of stucco with a Welsh slated roof featuring a modillioned cornice. The building is three storeys high and has rusticated quoins. An early 20th-century shop front occupies the ground floor. The first floor has a canted bay sash window. The second floor contains two sash windows with glazing bars set within architrave surrounds, with consoles supporting the sills. The building is included on the list for its group value, forming an ensemble with numbers 25 and 29.
