This is an early 19th-century building on the west side of High Street. It is constructed of yellow brick, with a roof parapet, and the front brickwork is partly painted. The building is three storeys high with three sash windows featuring glazing bars on the first floor. The shop fronts, dating from the early to mid-19th century, have been slightly altered. The building is included in the list for group value, forming part of a larger group that includes numbers 48 to 88 (even), numbers 94 to 100 (even), and a barn located in the garden of numbers 62 and 64.
