Description
The Council Chamber at Bishops College is a building from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, designed in the Tudor Gothic style. It is constructed of yellow brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with three- and two-light flat-headed mullioned and transomed windows facing the road. There is a canted apse on the south side. The north entrance side includes three pairs of Tudor lights and an east extension with a flat-arched door and a canted stair turret, likely added in the early 20th century. A modillioned cornice is present on the east side. This building is included for its group value.
