Description

Woodgreen Farm Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that was altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick, likely reused from the wall of Theobalds Park, and yellow stock brick, with a modern rendered front. The farmhouse features a slate hipped roof with wide plain eaves and has two storeys plus a cellar. On the first floor, there are three recessed 6/6-pane sash windows, with the left-hand pair having thick glazing bars. The north and west elevations also display similar window arrangements. A square porch from the 19th century is located at the front of the building.
