Description

Porters Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage that was extended in the late 19th and 20th centuries. It is timber framed and has a plastered exterior, with a roof made of corrugated clay tiles. The cottage consists of two bays and features an external chimney stack on the north gable end. There is a lean-to single-storey extension to the north, built with similar materials and dating from the late 19th century. To the south, there is a single-storey extension from the 20th century, likely constructed of brick and plastered, with a roof of plain tiles. The cottage has two storeys, with three 20th-century casement windows on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
