Description

The Sutton Arms is a public house dating from the 16th century, with later extensions added to both the right and left. The main building has two storeys, while the extensions are single storey. It features thatched half-hipped roofs and is constructed from timber framing and plaster, with some areas of weatherboarding. The façade displays a 2:3:2 arrangement of small paned casement windows and three part-glazed doors set in plain surrounds, with a pentice board above the central doorway. There are red brick stacks located off centre in the left and centre ranges.
