Description
Elsenham Hall is a large 19th-century red brick mansion situated on Elsenham Hall Road. Originally a grand residence, it has since been converted into flats. The building is three storeys high and features a distinctive embattled parapet. The south front has a symmetrical arrangement of one, three, and one bays, resulting in a one:three:one window range. Most windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor windows are tripartite and have elliptical heads. Projecting bays flank the front and incorporate a stuccoed porch with three flat arches, topped by an embattled parapet. Brick bands delineate the floors of the building.
