Originally a separate building to the barn but now connected to it by lower outbuildings. The building is of 2 storeys and the exterior has C18 or Cl9 features with a modern ground storey addition on the south-east side. The upper storey is plastered and the lower addition is weather-boarded. The interior is said to have a C15 frame which would make it about contemporary with the large barn.
