Description

Lower Farmhouse is a 15th or 16th century house that has undergone extensive alterations in the 20th century. It is timber framed and rendered with plaster, featuring a red plain tile half-hipped roof. A modern gabled wing extends from the north end. The house has one storey and attics, with a two-bay facade. It has modern casement windows with glazing bars. A catslide dormer is present. A large, modern, gabled porch is built with a red brick arch. A red brick chimney stack is also visible.
