Gardiner’s Croft is a 17th-century house located in Bambers Green, Takeley. It is timber-framed and has been plastered with a thatched roof. The house is one storey high with attics. Originally, it had a three-window front with 19th-century casement windows. There are three eyebrow dormers. A modern gabled porch has been added.
