Description
Thunderley Hall is a timber-framed and plastered building with an L-shaped plan, featuring a 15th to 16th century wing to the west and a 17th century wing to the north. There is also a single storey 18th century wing extending to the south. The building has two storeys, attics, and cellars. The north front of the west wing showcases a jettied upper storey supported by a moulded bressummer on curved brackets. The windows are modern casements. The roof is tiled. Among the original doors, one is battened and nailed, and is said to have come from the former Thunderley Church.
