Description
Abbots Moat and East Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered building that was once a moated manor house. It has been significantly altered and expanded over time. The structure has two storeys, with a later one-storey wing and attics extending to the west. The windows are modern casements, and the roof is tiled, featuring one hipped dormer on the west wing. On the east side, there is a large external chimney stack with two offsets. The interior is reported to contain original features.
