Description

Old Kennels is a building of 16th-century origin, originally a timber-framed and plastered house known as "The Broom". It was altered in the 17th century and subsequently renovated. The building is two storeys high and features casement windows. The roof is tiled and half-hipped, with a central rectangular chimney stack. Inside, there is an open fireplace containing a good moulded hearth beam, and smoke-blackened timbers are visible in the roof.
