Description

Piggotts is an early 17th century house that was extended in the 18th and 20th centuries. It has a timber frame and is plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has an L-shaped plan and consists of one storey with attics. It features a four-window range with a mix of 17th century and modern leaded casements, along with three gabled dormers. There is an original red brick chimney stack. The extensions from the 18th and 20th centuries are located at the south end. A modern plaque dated 1798 is likely referencing the original construction year of 1638.
