Description

Kelso Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located on the east side of Belmont Hill in Newport. The building has two storeys and features a front with panelled plaster. It has two windows, which are casements with glazing bars. The roof is tiled and includes a large central chimney stack that has been rebuilt at the top.
