Rowan Trees is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 17th to 18th century. It has one storey and attics, featuring small casement windows. The thatched roof is half hipped and includes two dormers on the front, along with a central chimney stack. At the west end, there is a modern rendered addition with a flat felted roof. Inside, the building showcases exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, and joists.
