Description

Flint Cottage is a mid-to-late 19th century flint and pebble house, with red brick quoins and dressings. It is a two-storey building with a two-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars in plain reveals, topped by segmental brick arches. A modern glazed door is present. The roof is slate, gabled with brick modillion eaves and gable verges. A chimney stack is situated at the north end.
