  1. C17 timber-framed and plastered house with a later wing extending to the east at the rear. Two storeys. The west front has a brick plinth and the upper storey is jettied on the whole front on exposed joists. The upper storey has exposed close studding. Four window range, partly double-hung sashes with glazing bars and partly casements. Roof tiled, hipped, steeply pitched with a gambrel at the north end and a central square chimney stack. (RCHM 5).
