Description

Bank Cottage originally consisted of a two-storey 17th century timber-framed and plastered house on the west side and a one-storey and attic cottage block from the 17th to 18th century on the east side. The two sections are now combined into one tenement. The central dormer of the cottage block is dated 1690. The windows include both casements and horizontal sliding sashes. The roofs are thatched, featuring three gabled dormers on the east cottage block, with some tiling present at the west end of the two-storey block.
