Description

The urn and pedestal, located in the courtyard approximately 50 metres north of the Gatehouse at St Osyth's Priory, date from the 18th to 19th century and are made of stone. The urn features a small stem, sides decorated with foliage, and a rim adorned with a Greek key pattern. It has a concave raised lid topped with a ring and finial. The urn rests on a moulded base that sits atop a square pedestal consisting of three stages, each with moulded top slabs.
