Description

Roydon Mill is an early 19th-century watermill. It features yellow stock brick on the ground and first floors, with a timber frame and weatherboarding above. The roof is covered with grey slate and the building stands three storeys tall. It has a four-window range, with fixed iron windows that include glazing bars and small opening lights. The windows on the lower floors have segmental heads. At the south end of the mill, there are boarded loft doors and a projecting loft hoist that is supported on curved braces.
