Description
Pantiles is an early 19th century house located on Copford Rectory Road. It is constructed of grey gault brick and features a grey slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range of vertical sliding double hung sashes, which are glazed in margins. The entrance includes an early 19th century six-panel door with a flat board head supported by brackets and surrounded by moulded architraves. There is a mid-19th century extension to the south, also made of grey gault brick, but with a red pantile roof. This extension is one storey with attics and includes another two-window range of vertical sliding double hung sashes glazed in margins, along with two gabled dormers.
