Mantons is a 16th-century single-story house with attics, situated on Langham Park Lane. The house is timber-framed and clad in black weatherboarding, arranged in an L-shaped plan. It has several roofs: a ridged, gabled thatched roof over the main range, a hipped roof on the left range, and a gabled thatched roof on a return extension to the left. A red brick chimney is located centrally to the front range, positioned behind a dormer window. The front range features three sets of small-paned wooden casement windows and a front door positioned in the third bay.
