Description

The summerhouse at Number 74 (The Minories) is a mid-18th century structure, likely designed by local builder James Deane. Originally part of the garden of East Hill House, this semi-circular building is constructed of red brick, stone, and rubble. It features three brick buttresses on the west side and has a battlemented screen front, which is adorned with three Gothic-headed arches.
