Description

Bell House is an early 18th century house constructed with a timber frame and plastered brick, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building stands two storeys tall and features a four-window range of double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars on the first floor. The ground floor windows are complemented by sidelights. The original doorcase includes a flat canopy and reeded pilasters. At the north end, there is a late 19th century door flanked by windows, covered by a red tile lean-to roof. The property also has a modern garage at the north end and modern lean-to extensions at the rear. Inside, there is good early 18th century detailing.
