Description

The stables block to the north-east of The Grove is a large former stable building with a complex layout, constructed of painted brick in Flemish bond. It features a low-pitched slated roof with a continuous eaves cornice. The south front consists of three bays, topped with a pediment above the eaves. The central bay projects forward and includes a blocked carriage arch with stone imposts and a keystone. On the first storey, there are four small-paned sash windows, while the ground storey has one pair of windows on the right and a modern door with casements in the blocked archway.
