Description

Chatley is a former post office, originally built as a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered cottage, with an 18th-century addition at the east end. The building features a thatched roof and has a gabled dormer on the south side that is dated 1730. It is one storey with attics and has casement windows with leaded lights. The roof is tiled and includes two gabled dormers and one sloping roofed dormer on the south side.
