Description

Mount House is an early 19th century house built of white brick. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, set in plastered reveals. The entrance is marked by a 20th-century glazed door, which is sheltered by a segmental portico supported by plain Tuscan columns and half columns, topped with a cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring a paired bracketed eaves soffit.
