Description
The Green Man Public House is a timber-framed and plastered building originating from the 14th century, featuring cross wings at both the east and west ends. It has undergone alterations in the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries and was renovated in the 20th century. The main block is faced in brick and plaster and consists of two storeys with a five-window range arranged in a pattern of 1:3:1, featuring double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor includes two canted bays and a central glazed doorway from the 20th century. The roof is tiled and has two tall rectangular chimney stacks located centrally. There are modern additions at the west end of the building.
