Description
Phillow's Farmhouse is a house with origins dating back to the 17th century, though it has been extensively altered in the 19th century. The front block is faced in red brick and features two gables. The building has two storeys and attics, which are illuminated by windows in the gables. The front block includes casement windows. The rear block showcases earlier 19th-century features, including brick mullioned windows with round-headed cast iron lattice lights and square hood moulds. The roof is tiled and has an original central chimney stack with diagonal shafts. Additionally, there are remains of a moat surrounding the property.
