Description
Southwoods is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house, originally the Bailiff's house of Hylands. It has been altered in the 18th century and later. The building has two storeys and features a four-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. The doorway is topped with a gabled hood. The roof is tiled and hipped at the south end, with two gabled dormers.
