Description

The Ginn House, located to the southeast of Brent Hall, is an 18th-century horse ginn house. It has an octagonal shape, is constructed from timber framing, and is weatherboarded. The roof was originally thatched. Inside, there is one tie beam with six short ties that are tenoned into the octagonal structure, supported by a central post and a chamfered mast. There are also remains of a radially strutted platform at a higher level.
