Description

Rawlins is an early 19th-century timber-framed and weatherboarded house with a colourwashed brick front. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars and plain reveals. The ground storey windows have segmental arched heads, while the centre window on the first storey is circular and has radial glazing bars. The doorway is adorned with an architrave and a cornice hood. The roof is tiled and includes a brick dentilled eaves course.
