Description

The Barge Inn is a timber-framed and weatherboarded building dating from the 17th to 18th century. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range, primarily consisting of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor windows are designed as three-light units, and there are plain doorways. The roof is tiled and has a large red brick chimney stack. Inside, the building showcases exposed ceiling beams and joists.
